We all as a community need to write our opposition to this unconstitutional proposed rule. I'm writing my letter today. This is just one more step towards tyranny.
a what's really scary is how so many of these hourly and salaried government employees are willing to die in order to enforce rules and laws they damn well know are illegal. Worse than that, they are more than willing to deprive you of your right to life, liberty and pursuit of happiness. Taxes are by definition indentured slavery!!

For example, under the proposed rule, a person would be presumed to be required to become a licensed dealer and run background checks if they meet one or more of the following criteria:
- Offer for sale any number of firearms and also represents to potential buyers that they are willing and able to purchase and sell them additional firearms;
- Repetitively offer for sale firearms within 30 days after they were purchased;
- Repetitively offer for sale firearms that are like new in their original packaging;
- Repetitively offer for sale multiple firearms of the same make and model; or
- As a formerly federally-licensed firearms dealer, sell firearms that were in the business inventory and not transferred to a personal collection at least a year before the sale, addressing the so-called “fire sale loophole.”
Democrats do not care about facts, logic, or fixing problems. All they care about is power, and if they can virtue signal about how they are fighting "gun violence", they will do it. Biden does not care about you, or anyone who gets arrested or shot and killed while they enact their tyrannical authoritarianism. All that matters is they have their positions selling influence to foreign countries, businesses, and enemies of the united states, while they insider trade stock and act like they are doing you a favor.

I heard today that most counties in n Virginia have adopted the 2nd Amendment sanctuary. Meaning they won't move to stop shows and such. Very high turn outs in the city meetings lead to this. The only only one is Roanoke and it has a Mayor the same as Atlanta. They had a city meeting and huge numbers attended. They listen to people speak till 3am in the morning. Directly after which the mayor claimed " I had no intentions of letting this pass anyway. ". That's just sorry!
