Propsed Gun Laws for 2013 in Georgia?

Does any one what the proposed gun laws are for 2013 here in Georgia? I've heard that there is one for legal carry on a college campus and at church. Also I heard something about making Georgia and Open Carry state. Is this true? Where can I go to see these proposed new gun laws for 2013 in GA?

The Church carry law was not validated.College campus also.GA carry has tried to have both amended but with no avail.
