EXACTLY why I will NEVER be in an HOA.

Just reading this.... I am actually President of our POA (Property Owners)... Now that we are many homes, maybe we need to change to an HOQ.... But we are only 87 lots and now 32 homes controlling 53 lots.... Our POA fees are only $175 annually (not many amenities). I am all about full disclosure.... At least 2 people have complete access to all funds and we share all data on a monthly basis.

That's our plan. We don't have an hoa but we live in a small neighborhood. Everytime a house sells a young couple with small kids moves. I can't smoke weed and play loud music anymore

We got acreage to stay away from loud music too
