Range Day ----- 40 S&W at 150 yards, one shot one kill........

I didn't take any pics, but the jug was hanging from two bungee cords off a swingset. The .40 did not penetrate the jug but, when I lit it up with the Mak90 it did some rotations as there was probably a half pound or so of liquid 410a in it) My favorite target of the day was a steel human shape with a hostage head that swings around to the other side when hit. We tried some 400 yard stuff but I need more practice or bigger targets.

Looks like we know who not to trust with precision shots?
Just kidding, sounds like a fun day.

Hey why not shoot one of my 1/2 or full size IPSC 3/8 AR500 steel targets? Never wear them out and get a great audible from hits. SB

I could be a little paranoid but I wouldn't talk about venting refrigerant on an open forum.

De Minimis release? He'd better go get some refrigerant sponges and clean that up.

I ain't skeered, it WAS an accident.................and I thought it was empty.

I just went out there again, since its only 7 miles from here and set up the range scale on my Leupold Mark AR. Now the 400 yard target rings out pretty regular. I LOVE this range, if you are relatively close to this area you should check it out.
