selling my Krinkov

I'm wanting to sell my Krinkov SBR but not sure how to sell it and transfer it on the Trader. Any help would be appreciated.

Ive seen this SBR. Its MILLED yugo goodness. Wish I did not have so many stamps pending already. Its also built on a zastava stamped milled receiver.

Incorrect.

Step 1. Post it here like any normal ad.

Instate buyer Step 2. Agree on payment terms (pay upfront, half now half when approved). Fill out form 4. One of you pays $200 registration tax. Wait. Give firearm to new owner when the approved form 4 shows up in your mail.

Out of State buyer Step 2. Buyer finds dealer in their state to handle transfer. Fill out form 4 to that dealer. One of you pays $200 registration tax. Wait (less than a normal form 4 where recipient is an individual). Mail firearm to that dealer. Wipe your hands you're done.


There is NO need to involve a dealer in a person to person NFA deal if both parties are residents of the same state. Doing so involves an additional form 4, $200 tax, and more waiting.
