Wayne LaPiere said he does not support mandatory background checks on buyers at gun shows that are buying from private sellers.

His main point to the Senator, was that the criminals that get stopped by NICS checks are able to mainly walk away, and are never prosecuted. So they then go get a gun through private sale, stealing, straw purchasing, etc......
