Had a friend of mine that came from Texas with a station wagon and a U haul trailer. He had 500 bucks in his pocket..He rented a building in down town Decatur back in the 60's. He turned it into a restaurant named Plantation Cafeteria. Over many year purchased the building was very successful great guy and friend..He purchased several houses in Smoke Rise Subdivision and was living the high life...But he worked his ass off and hired great people and cooks..He sold the Cafeteria and never has to worry about money again. It is possible if you have desire and dedication!
