According to the ODT Code, until there’s a meeting time and place agreed to in pms, there’s no binding deal, so an offer without meeting details can’t ever result in the offerer getting hooked in.

So no need to worry about your stale offers, unless you included a meeting time and place in the offer.

Imo Folks ought to reply “no thanks” when they see an offer they don’t like.

Once they log back on

then they have passed or started thinking about either way they see they got a pm. it if I low balled them I will give ‘‘em another day so they can get another offer in if it was asking price day maybe two some folks can be on the phone at work I get it
