I dont think RRA did that. ( I mean the red locktite ) And I dont think that alot of companies are stalking the castle nut these days.
RRA has been doing that for years. But you're right, alot of companies don't stake these days. Most of them don't use loctite either. But you know who does stake according to the actual specs? Colt, Daniel Defense & BCM. It's an attention to detail thing for me. But there's no excuse for a manufacturer using loctite. Not only is it the wrong way, it actually makes it harder for the end user to service the gun than staking the nut.I dont think RRA did that.
