Looking back, I could have taken out more bread and added more bacon. Yep, that would make it better.

Quickly thrown together, but good indeed. Filling too! With that one small loaf I thought there would be no way in heck that would be enough after it cut into only 4 pieces. Well, it fed two of us and there is still 1 1/2 pieces left for now. Thank for the idea

Sure thing. I liked that too. At first I wasn't to keen on spending that much on a sandwich but it 3 of us ate and have some left. Good stuff.
Sometimes it's not about the cost, but the Journey getting there..And those that reap the rewards..From your efforts..
