Oh yeah they are delicious!!!!
I will bait this evening with bluegill. Yesterday I got to the river too late and didn't have time to catch any bait. Today will be different Lord willing.

Was hoping for a big haul

I only have one line out for now, I may progress to more but having a blast with just one for the time being. I will post up pics too when I go jug fishing

How long is your trot line? How many hooks? Ever tried limb lining?

Jug fishing…what a hoot too. Use to jug fish back in the coves on lake Hartwell. All night fun.

Just keep at it. One day you will drag in a monster. We use to set trot lines in the red river on the Texas/ Oklahoma border. Massive cats and every know and then a monster alligator ghar.
