As much as physical fitness is important is taking your bag out and using it. How long can you survive with what is in there? Most have unrealistic expectations of how long they can make it. Hunters think they can make it indefinitely. How long do you think game is going to last when 10s of thousands have the same plan? Then what? Or they will scavenge.
