The prevalent rule is the same as for most of life: The Golden Rule:
"Do unto others as you would have them do unto you"

Hard to go wrong with that!

However for some ... as Al Capone so eloquently stated:

There should be a required post count (say 50 or so) before anyone is able to post a classified ad. Make sure they are an involved person in the ODT community before they try to sell something.
