Who here has sleep apnea? What have you done to treat it?

CPAP (nose only mask) for the last two years. Damn, I hate that thing. I'm making an appointment to see about the Inspire implant or maybe surgery. I will say, my heart is way better since I got the CPAP. You are playing Russian roulette with your health if you ignore sleep apnea.

Don't mess with sleep apnea. It killed my father. I've been on a Cpap for 14 years. I only weigh 195 pounds, don't smoke and have no other health problems. My oxygen levels were dropping to 60% and I was stoping breathing 97 times an hour.

I have been on a cpap for 20 years and have helped a bunch of friends get started. Life changing for me I stopped breathing 55 time in 30 minutes in my first sleep study. If anyone on ODT need help or advice pm me I would be glade to help.

I did the study, for the cpap, tried it..3-4 different mask fittings. I hated it. I felt like it wasn’t providing me with enough air. I woke up with that mask so many times I said what is worse?? It’s in my closet and havnt used it since. If someone needs it. Talk to me. It was put up clean and is the newest model.
