Anyone else have to sleep with a light on at night.

I have a pit bull that sleeps by the bed and 2 other dogs that sleep in the front of the house. Nothing gets in the house without me knowing. We keep the room pitch black.

I gotta have tv on low. Can’t stand pitch dark and quiet. I think too much to sleep. Wife is opposite , lol.

I need the ceiling fan on for air movement and noise, my dogs close by and it's gotta be dark. I feel safe inside my home at night except for the ghosts in my mind watching
