Anyone know the weight? When I got mine is said 600 lbs on mulitple sources now it says 507? Do they just estimate? For the "ts-22"Hands down the Winchester 24/26 is the best of the cheap safes (under $1000) in my opinion...

I have 5 Winchester safes from TSC. They all worked the same when they were brand new. I think you are correct, they sold you a customer return. The TSC store should swap this out for you without any problem.0-0-0-0-0-0 yields a double beep.
1-2-3-4-5-6 after the 0-0-0-0-0-0 gives a triple.
Wasn't wrapped in cardboard. No paperwork was hanging on it. Nothing. Battery was already in the lock.
Sounds like they sold me a return or something.
When you get the 2 beeps, have you tried LOCKING the safe by turning it in the locking direction. Sometimes they get stuck between lock/unlock movement and you have to turn the handle to LOCK the safe, and then it will move in the unlock direction. It does not. Have yet to be able to open.
