I do not know about legal, but what was with the girl sitting beside the guy in the booth holding him by the neck. That guy was caught in no man's land by being attacked while sitting in a booth that is hard to defend yourself while in this position.

When your sitting down like that, closed into a spot with no room to move, and you're already being hit, it's easier to just pull out your ccw and end it right there, than having to fight to stand up, then move forward.
