Your favorite Christmas toy present and past

Past... Way back there....

Past is a toss up between H and R 410 and my first bike at 8-9. Put many miles on it with coke carton on both sides of handle bars headed to store for deposit

present. My wife got me a Henry big boy in 357 a few years back

Greatest gift I ever got was Jesus.

My favorite childhood gift would probably be a tie between the Millennium Falcon Christmas ‘83 or an original Nintendo Entertainment System Christmas of ‘86.
Jesus, the best answer of all. There wouldn't be Christmas or salvation without him

I posted this once before:

When I was about 6 my parents divorced. My father couldn’t afford to pay any child support, so Christmas presents were out of the question. My mother couldn’t afford anything and she wouldn’t let her parents give her money. They contacted the Elks club and on Christmas morning a man dropped by with a box of presents. My big present was a Mickey Mouse head shaped am radio. Mom had taken our white tube socks and stuffed them with cheap candy and an orange at the bottom. That became an annual tradition I carry on today.
