Maybe if people would let them work instead of answer the phone it would be 14 months.

I have been told that the persons that answer the phone are not the actual ones reviewing and processing the forms.

Your name and serial number of the item, and I believe the FFL's name if you are using a form 4.

I really think it's an exaggeration by them after the shutdown.
