Mine went to an ATL address and I believe the check was made to the BATF. Jake sent an instruction sheet with the forms when I did mine and I just followed what he said.

Yeah my form 4 says the Atlanta Chapter as well, How did you address it? RE: NFA Branch or?
Form 4s go the address on the top right of the form in atlanta.

I actually bought an LRP Ghost Suppressor from Long Range Presicion in Andersonville, TN, I bought it a year ago for 150 and I must say... its a quiet mofo. Hands down to that guy. Comes apart and cleans very easy. I just didnt know if I wanted to fork over the Tax stamp money for it. But I did after test shooing it.
