In the meantime, avoid ANY sort of heated conversation or provocative talking. This kind situation can turns into a messed up one, as the one we have seen the video someone posted in here of neighbors fighting over snow shoveling.....

One could also talk or make a claim with the Title Insurance company, i.e. the one who guaranteed the boundaries.
