I haven't had a physical in 20 years. lol
I feel good so I don't see no need in paying some quack to tell me that I'm healthy as a horse.

Had a sleep study done about 10 years ago and got a CPAP. I never got a good nights sleep wearing it. I went to a ENT and he said that a CPAP would not work for me. Half of my sinus cavity is filled with some kind of gunk, deviated septum, and tonsils big enough for Godzilla. Major sinus and airway roto ruter, correcting the deviated septum, removing my tonsils and uvula was recommended with a 6-8 week recovery period. No thanks.
 
My wife was about to send me to one of those sleep study things to see if I needed one. When we did the ODT weight loss challenge and I lost 55 lbs. I have almost completely quit snoring. Now she says I only do it when I drink which is once in a blue moon. But when I do drink I can put an alcoholic to shame. Scottish/Irish jeans run deep in me.
 
My wife wanted Bruster’s so I skipped working out and went and bought her and I some ice cream. It’s hard being a good husband.
I think I am going to have to make a similar sacrifice today, sometimes you have to take one for the team. Will pay with some extra push-ups and leg lifts.
