Thats my next add on. An automatic door. Ventilation is really good in mine snce the upper wall is open but covered by dog wire. I might try and add foam boards to the roof. I'm definately putting in a gutter to collect rain to water them

I would consider more summertime ventilation
I probably will put in some windows that open with screens, but it’s pretty well ventilated. The roof is ventilated at the ridge and along all the edges where the metal has ribbing that sticks up. I also put a small fan in when needed to keep air moving. The coop is in the shade for a large portion of the day and the birds don’t even really go in it during those hours. Underneath it almost always has a cross breeze in the shade. Can feel like AC. They chill there.
