A trust is the smart way, especially if you have family.
No LEO sign off for a trust. That would be the hurdle but I have not heard any LEO refusing to sign in DeKalb if you didn't want to create a trust.

you need a trust. Brown wont sign off.
Trust! No finger prints, no sheriff signature and no passport ppicture. Done
It figures, I hadn't heard it until now but that would halt progress.
Trust is still the best option even if dickhead would sign off.
This is a classic example of the anti-gun regulars requiring a legal process have the blessing of a government official but "we are not denying" anything just common sense restrictions.

getting dekalb LEOs to do anything positive/productive is something i have yet to see accomplished
