No letter yet, I had an email from Roy saying it shipped that way, but info was limited until I get the letter. I just sent out all my paperwork to the swca for membership so once that comes back I'll start getting some stuff done.Fantastic!
Nice grain showing in that set of Rosewoods...
Is it lettered yet? Did it go to Rex Firearms in NY in July 1954? Rex ordered so many two tone pieces in July 1954...
Sweet...be good to have more fresh meat in the SWCA!No letter yet, I had an email from Roy saying it shipped that way, but info was limited until I get the letter. I just sent out all my paperwork to the swca for membership so once that comes back I'll start getting some stuff done.
Those stocks do have beautiful grain, gotta love Mother Nature.
Cool, which side is the logo on? I can't tell from the picture. The early no dash have the logo on the side plate. So ive had a few Smith revolvers(64-2, 442) but I consider this one my first true pre-lock keeper. M prefix 686, no dash. Didn't have the box but I've ordered a set of Altamont grips, so she will clean up nice.
