He flipped out & shot a car after getting kicked out of an establishment for making death threats.

Poor girl was in the random car along with her 2 friends.

Certainly doesn't fit the profile of a crazed gunman.
You just never know about people. They didn't say if he was intoxicated but I'm guessing that's a safe bet.
