yes it does, look at chicago they have the strictist gun laws in the country and they only have 500+ homicides a year, only. Besides the fact that they have 500 homicides a year, gun countrol is clearly working there.

i dont think it works one way or the other, what i do know is my ability to carry a firearm will greatly improve my odds of not becoming a dead victim
