Why wasn’t this guy shot then tied to the rear of the squad car, dragged around the Kroger parking lot for a few laps while honking the horn. Then hang him from a lamp post by the front door with a sign that says “We don’t like litterbugs round here!!!”
That’s how you let the rest of the public know YOU AIN’T PLAYING!!!

Unfortunately he should have been beaten with that hickory limb about 36 years ago by his parents. But his sperm donor was more than likely “incarcerated” and his birthing mother was probably a “crack ho”.
