I'll put it this way. We were driving into Philly from Bethlehem, where my MIL lives. This was around 11am. The closer we got to U Penn, the more I just ran red-lights. You know there are no cops there and adopting could be bad for your health.

Downtown I saw a guy attack a telephone pole, rip off the playbill, throw them at a car amd then in the same movement ask me if I had and change. It's not just homeless but addicts Everywhere. That video of Kensington. Is only lessened by about 10% in the blocks around independence hall.

I was ashamed of the place. We spent about an hour walking around and got the heck out.


Remember if you have guns OR ammo if you head to or through NYC. A relative of one of the guys on the site got pulled over necause he had GA tags and was in deep doo doo for some loose rounds and a revolver.
