Needs to get in touch with the DA where arrested and see about getting is expunged.

A lot depends on the state and the actual charges.

We went through this with a kid who made some poor choices when young and away from home in college and hanging with the wrong crowd, The process required that the charges first be REDUCED, then the records were eligible for being expunged with rights restored.

She can have her rights restored after all probation is over and all punishment is complete,unless the offense involved drug trafficking of a certain amount. The process starts with the probation office she was under. This is only advice. I have no sympathy for those who get themselves involved with drugs to begin with. On the other hand,I have friends who got into this,but have turned their lives around. I wish her luck.
