Sold a Ruger American Predator 308 and used that money to buy a CZ527 Carbine in 7.62x39. Traded the CZ527 Carbine for a CZ 527 American 7.62x39 which I still have. Been a great time.

My first trade I traded a smith and Wesson 500 magnum revolver to a man named Mike for his Excalibur Exocet crossbow.

Yes he made out like a bandit but I had fun with that ridiculously impractical revolver and got myself one really awesome deer slaying crossbow that killed over 100 deer for me before I accidentally ran it over with my truck in the dark.
I thought my buddy put it in the truck and he thought I did.
We both found out when we heard the crunch.
That’s okay I replaced it with two more Excaliburs…..always have a back up Excalibur…..and keep buying them when you see them up for sale for $400.00.
Best and most practical fix it yourself crossbow ever made.

I’ve dropped one from 30’ in a tree upside down and shot a deer with it 15 minutes later with zero issues.
They’re tough, just don’t run them over.
