Good behavior bond

Judging from what I read about the requirements of the law. The person making the Declaration has to be an actual provable issue for the bond to be granted or they will be liable for all the court costs.
Y’all need to get a lawyer and get some good advice. If you do nothing your money will be tied up for 6 months. The affiant is not in jeopardy for squat. Except if it can be proven that they lied to the court to get the bond.
A restraining order against them would put them in jeopardy if you can provide proof they violated the order.
Smart money would hire a lawyer and avoid all interactions with the affiant.
