I almost forgot. Dental Tools. (Get from your dental hygienist, they don't use them forever). Very hard (but brittle steel).
patience is a virtue. The dental tool will grab any lip on a fracture surface. If you twist and grab (after soaking with pen oil overnight), It should turn out. A small drill hole (more like a dimple) aides the process. If this is not your transportation, then patience my friend!

I don't think so. We are in Dalton and we charge $140 per hour. Marietta or Atlanta I would believe to be more.
