I totally disagree. I'm working on my 1994 Toyota PU currently. And would love to have an early FJ40 Cruiser. But in guns....Give me deep blue and walnut.
People been restoring FJs for 25 yrs or more. 80s hilux and late 80s 4runners are not cheap for quality examples either. Expect the same for first gen tacomas and the last run of Supras in the future.

Guns are tools. They hold no sentimental value for me. I just chose the best tools for the job.
Hunting and revolvers are also fading fast with the younger crowd. This generation only wants the guns in their video games so they can shoot monsters.
Ps. I'm 53, but people think I don't look a day over 52 1/2. Never hunted, own mostly modern stuff. Technical Dunderhead. But what do I know?
