WHAT
An 80 mile police escorted ride for bikes and classic cars, beginning at the
Special Needs Schools of Gwinnett, traveling through Grayson, Monroe, Bogart, Hoschton, Oakwood, and ending at the Georgia Peach Days Festival at
Tannery Row in historic Buford.

WHY
The Special Needs Schools of Gwinnett (SNSG) is a 27 year private non-profit pre-K through post-high school for children with special needs and is located in Lawrenceville. It is the school’s philosophy that children with special needs are more like other children than different, with all of the needs, desires, and feelings of children without disabilities. The broad spectrum of needs creates a myriad of learning/ functioning levels. The SNSG intentionally embraces this variety, teaching students that a person’s value is not related to what he/she can or can’t do but is inherent in his/her very existence as a child of God.

WHATS NEW
This year's ride will finish at Tannery Row in Buford where all ride participants and their families can enjoy a vintage car & bike show, vendors, live music, games, contests and much more ..Hosted by our friends at Garage 71.

Special opportunity!

We have an opportunity as a group to contribute to the success of the ride, not just by participating, but by serving as a sponsor. The organizers still need an organization to sponsor the ride t-shirt, this would let us put our new logo on the shoulder of 500 riders! (design below) Total contributions would need to be $3000. Mike Farrington has committed to $500, the Norwoods have ponied up $100, Robert "The Weather Man" Thornton pledged $200, so we have only $2200 to go! If you or your company would be willing to contribute toward this amazing school (gifts are all tax-deductible), please email Mike at mike.farrington@charter.net and let him know. Donate directly to the school via Paypal at this page: http://specialneedsschools.org/donate.html Select the ‘Operating Expense’ option. Then email Mike the amount and he will let the school know to direct your donation to the shirts.

Together, we can make the most of this opportunity. Please help us get the Loafin’ Riders’ name out there as a group that not only has fun together, but furthers God’s kingdom along the way!

The new Loafin' Riders Shirt/ Patch and Contact Card Logos !!!
