I started disabling comments only so potential buyer/trader has to use the PM system. I've had guys complain that they left a "I'll Buy It" a comment, why didnt you sell it to me? Duh - comments dont send me email. PM's do.

Excellent point. A lot of newbies may not realize that.

I only have two people on my ignore list. I don't think I'm missing out on anything with them silenced. I can't imagine I'd be on too many lists though, I'm not that much of an asshole. I try to tread lightly most of the time so I don't hurt anyone's feelings.
