Back to the range today, took my son along this time...The M1 Garand is shooting a solid 3moa with 175gr ammo.
It is "officially" my son's favorite.

The M1A is shooting the same 175gr projectile (Nosler factory 2nds) at 1moa.

The 375 H&H Magnum is still my favorite to shoot and my 265gr handloads touch at 100yds.

Be careful shooting modern loads out of a Garand. They were designed for more tame 30-06 loads. Modern commercial loss can bend the operating rod.

Nice rifle by the way, but you should be shooting it using the sling, the way God intended.
