No I simply said I'd take it for his asking price and can't get their until Sat....
There are times when I can't meet until the weekend or whenever to do a deal, if the seller can wait thats on him. if its a stupid good deal I do what I need to do to meet the seller when they want. I often have more time than money so I make the adjustment. That said I'm not going to drop everything at a moments notice to something off the ODT. If the seller can't wait I tell them to let me know if you still have it whenever I can meet. If its on the weekend I might check back with them Thursday or Friday to see if they still got it.
The way stuff is moving here a week sounds reasonable,some been waiting 2 years for their **** to sell
