Actually it was another bud I'm thinking of, he seen it.
I picked up a Claridge off here, had a sight rail when I bought it, removed the rail, cleaned it up and had the tube cerakoted back to OEM. GB didnt even have any for sale until a couple of months ago.
Also picked up a Kimel AR9 (Think plastic tec9/AP9 with a 16" barrel and folding stock). Receiver was busted when I got it (dumb design, who the F@#$ screws a metal folding stock to a .120 plastic receiver) Bought a replacement pistol receiver and swapped the parts. (old pic before the new receiver)
Also snatched up a sterling rifle

Holy crap! I thought it was a kiln or cannonball foundry thing. I wasnt thinking safe with all the exposed hinges and levers. Very cool.
It’s amazing what went into building that sucker...... a really cool piece of history.
