Thanks guys. My wife is really upset atm and understandbly so. I am fuming. Mad as hell. I know more of the details now, and the cop was completely out of line. Really pisses me off that CA does not have the death penalty. That's ok though, I'm sure those in San Quentin will take care of him once he gets there. Looks like murietta pd posted a youtube video comment now.

Gotta have a devil's advocate. If the cop indeed did go out to his car and retrieve a weapon and return to the inside of the bar then self defense isn't even in the question. We will have to see what happens with the justice system.
