What you mean? Class 3 permit as a FFL DEALER? Or Class 3 permit as individual because theres no such thing as individual. If you're talking about FFL dealer class 3, thats like any other business. You will get audit by other state officials in any other business like a restaurant or haircut shop. There is no business out there that isn't investigated by the health department or fire department ect....
