Shrinking and stuff going south sure does suck

I bought one of those inversion tables to help my back to decompress but after using it a couple of times I gave it away.
I really didn't enjoy the feeling of hanging upside down like a side of beef and it hurt me to do so.
They say it helps but it just wasn't for me.
I use mine all the time. I have had several spine surgeries/procedures including fusions too. It seems to help me though. I will hang for 10-20 mins at a time, probably 3-7 times a week maybe ?? Just depends on when I hurt and feel like decompressing . It does take a little getting used to the first few times though.
