It's still worthless, they can sign all the International treaties they want. The US Constitution Trumps any treaty, and the the UN can not enforce anything here. UNLESS MARSHALL LAW is declared then all bets are off.

Not sure what "Marshall law" will do, but martial law might cause problems for us.
