I have a CM9 that I used to pocket carry in a Desantis Nemesis pocket holster ($25) and that worked very well in cargo shorts or dress pants. It is noticeably "bulkier" than an LCP but I thought it was great for pocket carry.
I still have my CM9 but now carry a Glock 36, but only because it fits my hand better and I shoot it better. The CM9 was fine, but that and the LCP just doesn't fit in my hand as well.
