It is a Troy PAR-15. (Pump Action Rifle) I've shot a few before back when I lived in NY

They are indeed ugly but in a way, I think they are beautiful. It's proof that no matter what sort of stupid laws people come up with to make themselves feel better about themselves, there's always a way to get past their pointless legislation.
