ANY RECOMMENDATIONS ON HOW TO LOWER BLOOD PRESSURE

The lower number is your base pressure (diastolic). The old school way to deal with this was to take diuretics, but that's not a simple option and deliberately reducing your fluid intake is a bad idea.

As has already been said, more exercise won't hurt. Lose some weight if you're not already a beanpole. Also, figure out if your blood pressure is high all day long. A trip to the doctor probably wouldn't be a bad idea either.

20 minutes cardio minimum 4 times a week. Cut out sodium, processed foods, and sugars. Eat lean meats and fresh raw green vegetables. Omega 3 oils, lecithin, niacin, and a couple cloves of raw garlic. Don't chew the garlic swallow it like a pill. Use sea salt or pink Himalayan salt for those times when you have to have salt on your food and cut out alcohol.

A proper diet, cardio, and weight loss should get your blood pressure down in time.

Easy to say hard to do. Good luck my friend.
