My son had two homes in Kirkwood,sold them moved off grid to the Rockies Mts.,never looked back.

I like pastoral countryside and I like urban cities but I hate the burbs.

There are plenty of neighborhoods outside of downtown that are very nice. Not many people with money like homeless people and crime.
I've found that folks itp are a lot less nosy than otp. I have more anonymity.
