Beginning 08/20/18 ODT 7 week fitness challenge

30 min legs and back and 5 min abs ...calisthenics and light dumbbells.

Goal for the seven weeks is 30 min a day, six days a week mix up muscle groups and cardio.
 
Hard boiled eggs, fellas. Hard boiled eggs. You can’t eat too many.

I’m back on hard boiled eggs and lean cuisines and off the restaurant food and I’m dropping 5 pounds a week, with no hunger.

My wife would disagree with you. They make stinky gas.

I will join in shortly. Been a rough week. Exercise has been the last thing on my mind. I've been to the gym a few times but the workouts have been more of going through the motions than actually getting my heart rate up.
 
The hard boiled eggs don’t make you fart. It’s all that other crap in your diet. Like salad. You don’t need no stinkin salad.

Try eating only plain hard boiled eggs and lean cuisine entrees for a week and you’ll see. And coffee. And canned PBR, of course.

No fancy beer or hard liquor. That will make you fart.
