Our grocery store parking lots are full of homeless, other beggars. primary reason to never leave your car unlocked because they are notorious for a quick dive checking for money, change, cell ph., any thing they can pick up and get gone with.

Wonder what the parties would have been if one of the lot lizards had picked up the "discarded backpack" and skedaddled.

Probably would have kept one and then tried to sell the remainder to the nearest gun shop for chump change.
