If you bought a registered drop in auto sear or lightning link you could make a semi auto AR a machine gun. The RDIAS and LL are actually machine guns themselves though so you have to find one registered before the 1986 cut off date. Last I looked they were selling for about 15k.
Some are sere's some the actual lower.So if you buy a full-auto gun for $30k you're really just buying the registered RDIAS? I would have thought it's the lower that's registered that way. What if your RDIAS breaks? I thought if you had a registered full-auto gun you could legally buy replacement parts.
